*The shipping times given are based on estimations provided by our couriers. We cannot guarantee that orders will be received within this time frame. Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms
PRE-ORDERS - Please note the shipping times stated for pre-orders on the individual product. If other items are ordered with a pre-order item, all items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order item. Should you with for your other items to arrive sooner, please either arrange collection directly with us or place a separate order.
Couriers
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class and UPS for shipping. Should you not be home at the time of delivery, please rearrange directly with Royal Mail for redelivery or collection from their offices or alternatively, provide a safe place.
Shipping Cost & Tax
Shipping cost is calculated based on order weight and delivery address.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £85 within the UK.
For all international orders, we use UPS and your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Milk&Honey Days.
**Milk&Honey Days is unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes.
Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at info@milkandhoney.com. Your order may have already shipped by this time and so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address. Please check your address and ensure it is correct before checking out.
We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
If you provide the wrong address during checkout and the order is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.
Delays
In the event that your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.
Busy Periods
Please note that during busy periods like Christmas, the new school year and launches of new products, processing and delivery time may take longer than usual.
If you are ordering Christmas gifts, the cut-off date for delivery by Christmas is the 7 December. Couriers are extra busy during the festive season which may cause further delays once your items have left us.
