Refund policy
We really hope you love everything you order from us but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. Returns for orders within the UK may be initiated by emailing info@milkandhoneydays.com within 14 days of the order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return please ensure your item(s) are in the same perfect condition as you received them, unused and in the same packaging it was sent. If your item is not returned in an unused condition, we will not be able to accept your return and your item will be returned to you at your cost. After 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or gift card.
Once requested, please ship your items with a note inside stating your name and order number to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Milk&Honey Days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Please note it could take 3-5 days to process your return from the date it reaches us.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.
Please note: Any items where pages/items have been marked, removed or damaged, will not be eligible for returns or refunds and will be returned to you at your own cost.
We ask that you please ensure your return is packaged in a way that it will be received undamaged.
Used items will not be refunded or credited.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
Items that are currently non-returnable and non-refundable include:
- Final Call items
- Gift Cards
- Digital Downloads
- Items that have been used
- Items shipped more than 14 days ago
- Custom print items are final sale. Should you receive a custom-print item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@milkandhoneydays.com
Returns received that fall outside of our return policy will not be credited. Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer, and not Milk&Honey Days.
